1. How long does processing take ?
Depending on what item you choose to buy. Our processing your order takes about 5-10 business days with standard ground shipping.
2. How do I track my order ?
You can track your order using this online application for the carrier. We will also added the tracking details back in the PayPal ticket recite. You will see there as well. Your tracking will start showing information once it gets scanned by the carrier. Please give 1-2 days for it to show information.
3. Can I change or cancel my order ?
If you would like to cancel your order. Please do so within 24hrs. To modify or your order. Please do so within 24hrs. For a faster reply to any changes please contact us by calling our customer service phone number listed on the website. You can also email us. Once we have ordered the glass panel /shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order.
4. Can I change my address ?
If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service number listed on the website. Or you can email us immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm the change in your address. We cannot change your address once it is in transit. Please contact your local postal office to have your mail forwarded to you.
5. Who pays for custom duties / taxes ?
Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes. 7% Florida sales tax.
6. How do I return my package ?
If you would like to return your package, please contact our customer service team. We will come to an agreement and assess the problem. Damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the item. Any refunds will be assessed upon overview of problem. As per our Refund Policy we do not pay for return shipping.
7. My item was damaged ?
In the event the item arrives damaged.
Before signing the acceptance of delivery, make sure to check the item to make sure it is not damaged. If the product arrives damaged, you will need to indicate that to the carrier.
Please also note that we may require photographic evidence of any physical damage to a product before we will ship a replacement item.
