Delivery and Return

Allow 2 weeks to receive your order. If you require your order by a specific date, let us know in the order notes.

Deliveries take place between Monday – Friday 9am -6pm, excluding all bank holidays.
All deliveries must be delivered to the address specified when placing your order. All items must be signed for. We do not allow our couriers to leave items without a signature.

Returns Policy

All OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

In the event the item arrives damaged, we will ship a new one to your address. There is NO need to ship the damaged item back.

Before signing the acceptance of delivery, make sure to check the item to make sure it is not damaged.  If the product arrives damaged, you will need to indicate that to the carrier.

Please also note that we may require photographic evidence of any physical damage to a product before we will ship a replacement item.
